Exchanges and Returns
What is the exchange and return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns within 15 business days after receiving the order.
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the item must:

Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing or odors.

Must be returned in original packaging, with tags, invoice, sanitary protector and bag included.
BAJA is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use or inadequate washing. We recommend always following the care instructions provided with the product.
How do I make an exchange or return?
To start the process, contact us via email bajaswimwear@hotmail.com or through our social networks.
Exchanges
Once we receive the item at our atelier and it has been approved by quality control, we will contact you by email to confirm the availability of the new model/size.
If available, we will send you the details for payment of shipping costs and any differences in value. Once payment is confirmed, the new item will be sent to the address indicated in the order.
Returns
After receiving and validating the item in our quality control, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (excluding shipping costs).
The refund period is up to 3 working days after the item arrives at our studio.
