Will I receive exactly the item I see in the images?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. On average, deliveries to mainland Portugal take between 2 and 5 business days. For other countries, the delivery time is indicated at checkout. For islands, it takes between 3 and 5 days.
Are there possible delays in delivery?
We do our best to meet deadlines, but during peak times or for reasons beyond our control (such as carrier delays), there may be exceptions. If this happens, you will be informed.
Can I change the delivery address after making the purchase?
