SubmissionsAfter successfully making the purchase, the item/items purchased on the BAJA platform will be dispatched by our team. Once the package is delivered, an email will be sent confirming shipment along with the tracking number. We do not accept orders on the weekend. Shipping costs are included. The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal after receiving the email is 1-3 business days, however there may occasionally be shipping delays. If you are on the islands or in the rest of Europe, it may take 3-7 working days. For shipments outside the European Union, BAJA is not responsible for delays and customs costs. They are the responsibility of the customer.

What are the payment options?We offer the following payment methods: VISA, Paypal, Mbway Note: if paying through MBWAY, please contact us via email or social media. All payments to BAJA are processed securely. Your credit card number and other PayPal login details are protected. BAJA does not have any access to your credit card or paypal account information.

How does the return policy work?You can return your item within 30 days of receiving the item/s. For an exchange to be carried out successfully, the item must be delivered in perfect condition (without having been used, washed or has odors), in the same way it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, tags, hygienic protector, bag, etc. No exchanges are made for items that have been altered, washed, used, or damaged in any way due to misuse. BAJA is not responsible for the misuse of its articles, nor for their incorrect washing. We always suggest that you consult the washing/use instructions section.
